Just got these shots of the Alkaline Trio back from the Hammer. The b&w stuff was all shot using my 300mm f2.8. The effect I was going for was of surveillance pictures. The colour shot of the band was taken with the RZ round the back of the London Astoria before an Alkaline show. After a few frames word got out that the band were posing for pictures and all of a sudden we were accosted by about 25 fans wanting their worldly possessions signed. I gave up on the band shots and just clicked away using the 300mm. They are cool without being too goofy! Shame about the trainers though!
